many different methods we use to achieve this goal. The number one is keeping our team of Creative Designers and Specialist up-to-date on the latest styles and cutting techniques. Two, would be our quarterly in-house competitions with rewards of winning gift certificates to exotic trips. Three, would be our pay scale that rewards our team
for being more productive. These are a few of the methods we implement in the Executive Cuttz family.
